This series is a refreshing foray into the lives of two brothers whose bond is tested when they find themselves in some unexpected circumstances. The story is intriguing from the first few pages. The dynamic between the characters and the artwork pulls you into the exciting and fun story. It is definitely a series to watch out for and I can’t wait to see where Tony and Joshua as their journey continues.

The Elemental Conductors is great. The story telling and pacing are excellent, and you find yourself drawn to the story the more you read. The characters are cool and likable, and I really enjoyed reading the book. This a great comic book for anyone who is interested in heroes, villains and superpowers.

Note: I am Jesse’s sister. Make of that as you will.
I think The Elemental Conductors is a good story. The first two chapters set up the main characters (Josh and Tony) establishes their bond as brothers, their allies (the twins Jack and Jeremy, and their leader/handler Eva), the organization they now work for, and the organization now hunting them (Spector). The 3rd chapter is about the rescue of a fire elemental with a tragic backstory, with chapter 4 introducing a surfer who survived a shipwreck, Chapter 5 a wind wielder, and chapter 6 a corrupted Lightening user. The chapters do a good job of establishing each character’s base personality, from Alan’s laid back personality (water) to Mariam’s grief driven rage (fire).
Miriam’s chapter is the one that touched me the most, sad as it is. The art is good, unique and expressive, though some of the facial expressions look a bit over exaggerated at times.
If you want a good, action filled, fast paced Superhero story, The Elemental Conductors is a good place to start.

A great graphic novel series! The author has a unique style which is engaging and pulls the reader into the story line. You find yourself drawn to the complexity of how these hero’s have dealt with their personal life situations. The Elemental Conductors is sure to become a well known graphic novel series!

What a great comic book series! I met Jesse Wolfe back in 2017 at Big Apple Comic Con and was fascinated by the plot behind his comic books. They’re a great read and the drawing style is quite unique. It’s got an x-men vibe to it with people having odd powers but it really is a good comic for all to read!

My first introduction to the work of writer Jesse Wolfe and artist Camilo Zepeda. Issues #1-6 compile the adventures of The Elemental Conductors (Joshua Matthews, Tony Russo, Mariam Ortega, Alan Lee, Angelia Jones) as they learn to make sense of their abilities to control the elements. As a mysterious organization, Spector, sets their sights in particular on Joshua’s ability to control electricity, and as the story unfolds, it leaves the reader wanting more by the last issue in the volume. A great series in the tradition of teams learning to work with the powers they find themselves with (The X-Men, The New Mutants, Power Pack, etc), and the potential adventures to come once the writer and artist brings them together as one! Looking forward to the next chapter in the evolution of The Elemental Conductors! 😀

I enjoyed this book. It kind of reminds me a bit of xmen with the genetic aspect of the powers and I find the characters fun and refreshing. Can’t give it 5 stars because nothing is perfect but I would definitely recommend giving it a read.

I enjoyed this compilation of issues 1-6. It’s great to have all of the story so far in one big book and of course the story is awesome no matter how many times I read it!
